Качество медицинской помощи как предмет медико-социологического изучения

Аннотация

Выполнены анализ, обобщение и систематизация подходов к оценке качества медицинской помощи с учетом отечественного и зарубежного опыта. Охарактеризованы традиционно применяемые в Беларуси механизмы контроля качества деятельности в системе здравоохранения. Актуализированы изучение и оценка социальной эффективности, особое внимание уделено проработке методологии оценки удовлетворенности пациентов. Приведены примеры инновационного использования медико-социологических методов в контроле качества медицинской деятельности в практическом здравоохранении Гродненской области. Даны рекомендации по дальнейшему продвижению медикосоциологического изучения качества медицинской помощи в целях гармонизации взаимоотношений в социальной системе медицины.
