Constitutional modernisation: modern development vecteurs

Abstract

The article highlights and explores some modern directions of constitutional modernisation. The main objectives of the ongoing and proposed constitutional reforms in foreign countries are determined. The experience of constitutional modernisation in selected foreign states (Kazakhstan, Russia, etc.) is analysed.
