Sources of legal regulation to ensure the environmental safety of transportation activities
Abstract
The sources of legal regulation of environmental safety of transport activities in the Republic of Belarus have been investigated. Conceptual approaches to improving the systemic and effective legal regulation in this area are outlined. Proposals have been formulated to improve the legislation in the field of environmental safety of transport activities, in particular, on the feasibility of developing a strategic planning document for environmental and safe implementation of these activities, consolidation of environmental safety standards in transport activities in the environmental protection act, deepening the environmentalisation of transport legislation.
