Main directions for the improvement of copyright legislation in connection of development of digital technologies

Abstract

The article discusses the main directions of improving copyright legislation in connection with the development of digital technologies. The need to amend legislation is substantiated in connection with the increasing relevance of the following issues: the expansion of the use of big data technologies and the involvement of copyright objects in their processing, the improvement of artificial intelligence technologies capable of creating objects that have the features of copyright objects, the development of 3D-printing technologies and the need to comply with the exclusive rights of authors and other rightholders, determining the place of objects of virtual and augmented reality in the copyright system.
