Abstract

The problems of legal regulation of changes in land plots are analysed in the context of a significant update of the land legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the active development of land turnover. It is pointed out that there is no unambiguous doctrinal and legislative understanding of the essence and specifics of changes in land plots, taking into account all their significant features. The author’s approach to a broad understanding of the legal category under study, measures to improve the legal regulation of methods and procedures for changing land plots are proposed. The necessity of harmonising the norms of land legislation and legislation on state registration of real estate in the legal regulation of relations regarding the change of land plots is substantiated.
