Psychological and pedagogical prerequisites of practice-­oriented teaching mathematics to students of engineering enterprises

Abstract

The article presents psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for practice­oriented teaching mathematics to students at a technical university, which contribute to the creation of a favourable and exciting learning environment, the development of mathematical skills, critical thinking skills in students, as well as the establishment of relationships between universal and basic professional competencies in the future activities of an engineer.
