The formation of the military orientation of recruits via engaging with internet
Abstract
The article presents the features of the information society and the impact of information through the internet on the consciousness. The essence of the concept of military orientation is revealed. The analytical review of normative legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in terms of requirements to training of citizens in the field of military and information security in the context of the use of information through the internet is presented. The analysis of the results of the study of the attitude of recruits of Minsk aged 16–18 years to the use of information received through the Internet, their needs and features of work with content is presented. The ways of forming and increasing military orientation among conscripted youth, as well as their readiness for military service using the capabilities of the internet are determined.
