Peculiarities of personality and social interaction of Belarusian students

Abstract

The analysis of the modern researches of the personal and social interaction development of Belarusian students is presented in the article. The system of values, life strategies, motivation of educational activity and its dynamics in the process of studying at the university, professional self-awareness of boys and girls, age specifics of their relations and interaction are analyzed in the article. The authors substantiate the importance of orientation on the personal and social characteristics of students in the pedagogical and psychological support of students. The strategy for designing training sessions with students is proposed. It takes into account the age-specific nature of their interaction with peers. It is aimed at the development of awareness, the ability to hold and change your own semantic position, taking into account the positions of other people through working with symbolic forms.
