Formation and development of digital technologies as a factor of realization of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is that digital technologies form a digital society, built on digital technologies that form a digital culture. The digital component together constitutes digital Intellect, which is being formed by the intellectual part of society and constituting a priority in the development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The latter is the basis for a breakthrough in the technological industry, on which the competitiveness of states depends, and its task is to identify the main directions of development of digital technologies and their influence on the priority of various processes of digitalization of the development of the world. The positive aspects of the digital revolution are not in doubt, although it turns into risks, global security, the emergence of criminal corporations, terrorist organizations, which indicates the reverse side of technological innovation.
