Factor structure of coping strategies healthy athletes and paralympians

Abstract

Athletes often have to overcome a stressful situation in the process of training and competitive activities. Coping strategies are a mechanism for coping with stress. The effectiveness of these strategies depends on the final result of the activity, while coping strategies do not act separately and form groupings in the process of responding to stress. This article presents the results of a comparative analysis of factor structures of coping strategies of healthy athletes and paralympians.
