China’s foreign policy at times of international turbulence
Abstract
Aims and contents of the Beijing’s foreign policy determined by the China’s socio-economic needs and confrontation with the collective West containment policy are analysed. Main foreign policy instruments used by the China government to attend the proclaimed targets are described. The characteristics of the China’s foreign policy that associated with coming to power of the fifth generation of the Chinese leaders are defined.
