Алекситимический профиль как предиктор резилиентности личности периода средней взрослости

Аннотация

Исследована выраженность алекситимии у белорусской выборки респондентов периода средней взрослости. Определена резилиентность индивида в указанный период его развития. Обнаружены различия в резилиентно сти у взрослых с разными алекситимическими профилями. Самые высокие показатели резилиентности зафиксированы у лиц, не имеющих алекситимии, самые низкие ее показатели – у индивидов с высоким уровнем алекситимии. Значимые различия установлены по интегративному показателю резилиентности, а также по таким ее компонентам, как жизнестойкость, совладание, самоэффективность, регуляция эмоций и когниций, адаптивность (гибкость).
