Socio-cultural screening technologies in shaping the right society
Abstract
The role of applying modern socio-cultural screening technologies in controlling, governing and shaping the right society a society with the credibility of the state – is conceptualised. This scientific problem touches upon a wide range of research approaches and definitions, the ambivalence of attitudes of public institutions and groups to the issues of safe use of natural resources, technologies for their processing in terms of rights, culture and ethics. The cultural problem of using personal data of an individual in monitoring and evaluating his behaviour is raised. Socio-cultural screening is examined in terms of the synchronisation of information and the dominant technologies that have accompanied the development of science and technology since the mid 20th century.
