Abstract

The duality of the digital transformation of society is considered, which, on the one hand, creates new opportunities for economic growth, and on the other hand, produces risks and threats of a technogenic and social nature. It is noted that social risks associated with uncritical perception of digitalisation are particularly dangerous. It is shown that the high level of digital literacy of students is accompanied by insufficient reflexivity in relation to digital threats, overestimated confidence in digitalisation. It is concluded that the involvement of students in social practices (military-patriotic, environmental activities, local history, volunteering, etc.) will contribute to their formation of an adequate assessment of digital innovations.
