Abstract

The results of a comparative study of the behavioural characteristics of Belarusian and Mongolian youth in the information space are presented. It is noted that in the context of the digital transformation of society, an individual is faced with a large number of new phenomena and processes that form the space of social risks. Young people are largely exposed to these risks. The self-esteem of Belarusian and Mongolian youth is represented in relation to the level of their digital knowledge and skills, as well as their ability to resist digital threats. Problematic aspects in the strategies of adaptation of young people to the digital reality are identified.
