Socio-philosophical understanding of ethno-cultural tension in the period of global challenges
Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities and stages of ethno-cultural conflict. The differences of ethnoconflict as a special type of social conflict from other types of conflicts are explicated . The article analyzes specific of ethnic stereotype and main features of conscious confrontation of ethno-cultural groups. The initial stage of the ethnic confrontation is considered as a period of «conflict of stereotypes» and «conflict of ideas». Author defines the potential and basic actions for neutralization of ethno-cultural tension.
