Experimental studies of the influence of psychological and psychophysiological characteristics on the reliability of professional activity of drivers of different classes of suitability

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition and study of the main indicators of the reliability of the professional activity of the driver. The levels of manifestations of psychological and psychophysiological characteristics are investigated and compared among drivers of various classes of professional suitability. Used psychodiagnostic tools made possibility to identify and reliably to describe the individual psychological and psychophysiological characteristics of subjects, what determines the reliability of professional activity. When results has been analyzed, it became possible to create a program to increase the reliability of an expert, where there will be an organizational training of drivers, that contributes to the formation of their psychological readiness for action in the emergency situation. There were demonstrated the changes, that occurred after the implementation of the corrective program for the psychological development of indicators of the reliability of professional activity of drivers of motor vehicles. There were showed the quantitative indicators of the reliability criteria of the professional activity of drivers, recorded before and after the development of the aforementioned correctional program. The result is considered, which made it possible to see whether the number of drivers who are not allowed and allowed to drive has significantly changed after passing the training methodology. It is shown and justified to identify the structure of the indicators of the criteria for assessing the reliability of the drivers. This analysis allowed to determine the level of
professionalism of the driver.
